What KidComic AI provides
KidComic AI is an online service that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized children's comic books as downloadable PDF files. You provide a child's name, photo, and story preferences; we generate a custom illustrated comic. A free cover preview is available before any purchase.
Who may use this service
This service is intended for use by parents and legal guardians of children aged 4–10. By submitting a child's photo and name you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and that you have the right to use the photo for this purpose. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Free preview and paid PDF
One free AI-illustrated cover preview is available per submission. The full 5-page comic PDF is available for a one-time payment (currently unavailable — launching shortly). Once a PDF has been successfully delivered, purchases are non-refundable. If your PDF fails to generate, contact us for a resolution.
Acceptable use
You may not submit photos of individuals you do not have the right to use, submit inappropriate or harmful content, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use the service for commercial resale without permission. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any submission that violates these terms.
AI-generated content
Comics are generated by AI and may occasionally contain imperfections or unexpected results. All stories are designed to be child-safe and age-appropriate, but we cannot guarantee perfection in every output. If you receive an unsatisfactory result, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Intellectual property
The generated comic PDF is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print it, share it with family, and keep it as a personal keepsake. You may not resell, sublicense, or use it for commercial purposes.
Limitation of liability
KidComic AI is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
